Removable pilot male threaded shank countersink cutters are made from high speed tool steel, precision ground in one operation to assure concentricity of pilot hole, cutting angle and shank. The countersink incorporates a taper between the threaded shank and body of cutter. This seats on a taper in the countersink unit to insure minimum eccentricity. Other combinations can be furnished on special order to your specific body diameter and angle requirements.
Use 755 diameter pilots.Cutters are available in 78° – 82° – 90° – 100° – 110° – 120° Add “CO” after the number for cobalt. Add CT after the number for carbide tipped. Add SC for solid carbide. For two flute cutters add letter “S” after the part number.
